About Admission

We look forward to both sharing more about Annunciation and getting to know you through the application process. A few things to keep in mind:

  • Enrollment in the VPK program at Annunciation or St. Luke Child Care Center does not guarantee a spot in Kindergarten at Annunciation Catholic School in the next academic year.
  • Kindergarten enrollment requires the successful completion of a pre-kindergarten program.
  • Students in Grades 1 through 8 may be required to shadow a regular class day and if accepted, be put on a 90-day probationary period.
  • We have limited exceptional education service resources and are not able to provide accommodations for students who receive educational services outside of the general education classroom.
  • A parentally placed private school student with a disability does not have an individual right to receive some or all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended.
  • We do not offer ESOL classes.

Ready to Apply Now!

1. Click to Create an Account

PK Applications Open: February 2, 2025                       K-8 Applications Open: March 1, 2025

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account. 


2. Click to Start Application 

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.


3. Request/Submit Required Documents

Please be sure that all required documents are ready for upload:

  • Birth Certificate
  • VPK Certificate (PK Only)
  • Transcript of Report Cards (K-8 Grade, current year and previous year)
  • Contact name/email of current school/preschool registrar for academic records request (K-8 Grade)
  • Contact name/email of current teacher for reference request (K-8 Grade)
  • Standardized Test Scores (current year and previous year, if applicable, K-8 Grade)
  • IEP, 503, and/or Psycho-Edu evaluations (if applicable, PK-8 Grade)


4. Review, Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the application fee. 

We kindly remind that submission of an application packet and payment of the application fee allows your student(s) to be considered for admission. The Admissions Committee will review all submitted documentation and received recommendations to determine if the student is a candidate for admission, and will follow up by communicating admissions decisions on whether the student is invited to advance to the next step in the admissions process.
